Shipping
Q01 Where does my order ship from?
Most orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. That keeps prices sane. It also means it isn't next-day.
Q02 How long does it take?
Usually 7 to 14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once it's on its way.
Q03 Where do you ship?
Australia, New Zealand, the US, the UK and Canada. More soon.
Returns
Q04 What if it breaks?
Tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Then it goes on the culld list. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply after that.
Q05 Can I send it back if I just don't like it?
Yes. Within 30 days, unused and in its packaging. You cover the postage back.

Q06 Do you make these?
No. We test them and sell the ones that pass. That's the whole job.
