Shipping policy
Most orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. That keeps prices sane. It also means it isn't next-day.

Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then usually arrive within 7–14 business days. Remote areas and peak periods can take longer.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update while the parcel moves between carriers.
Customs and import charges
Some countries charge import taxes or duties on arrival. Where we can collect these at checkout, we do. Otherwise they're paid by the customer on delivery.
Lost or late parcels
If your order hasn't arrived 30 business days after it shipped, email hello@getculld.com with your order number. We'll chase it, and if it's lost we'll resend or refund it.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong, we'll resend it once you cover the new postage.
Orders with more than one item
Items can ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get a tracking link for each parcel.
